So. I have finally read that HoneySyn all you youngsters are crazy about these days. And damn, was I ever so glad I did >.< I think I might just start getting obsessed with it. Mmm, May. Mmm, Charles...

IN ANY CASE. While i'm running around like an idiot and getting ready for NYCC, wandering around and dying my hair flippin' purple, and other odd things, I am actually writing Halcyon Days. In-between Apollo Justice and catching up on Naruto: Shippuuden. Which means I haven't been replying to people anywhere and I have reviews eating my inbox alive, oh lordy.

In the meantime... have a Halcyon Days preview. It's confusing! :D

Alright, so all writing rants, school complaints, and general whining aside... I must admit that i've been having a tremendous  amount of up and downs lately. I'm currently more prone to disease than ever, stuck on two different inhalers, and my parents are convinced that I have asthma. Amidst my misery and sudden fevers, as well as falling behind in school work, I can't deny that i've been a little on the bleh side. It's hard to keep up high spirits when your life mostly sucks and your grades could use some improvement. 

Nevertheless, i'm not one to mope... too much... and i've been trying to just kinda work through this massive amount of shit piling up around me and also weighing me down. I haven't had a good, just, easy-going, cheerful day in a while. 

BUT! BUT! THEN EVERYTHING CHANGED! I got my Anime Insider in the mail, which gives me my monthly dose of otaku-dom. I'm sitting at dinner, eating calmly and skimming through... when I abruptly starting choking and flailing my arms every which way. 

T.M.Revolution is going to be performing at New York Comic Con on April 19th. Excuse me while I go squeal my brains out. Oh dear lord. 

Of all the things that could've just completely lifted my spirits, I wasn't expecting this in the least. It's almost unbelievable, really. He's been touring for a while with abs and here I thought that yes, he'd go back to his TMR performances this year, but I didn't think he'd start here. Seeing him perform live in concert has been on my Bucket List for years now, so i'm pretty much ecstatic to check that off before i've even graduated from high school.

TMR is hands down, my most favorite artist. I have almost all of his songs nestled and played a thousand times over in my itunes, as well as two DVD's of his. It's just... ah. He's amazing. Ever since I heard Madan through the Parry Hotter animations, I've been hooked. Without Takanori, i'm pretty sure that I would not be in the same little fandom that i'm in today. He basically got me into j-pop and rock to begin with and his songs just inspire me to oblivion. 

So yes. April 19th? Already know it's going to be one of the best days of my life. Right up there with my Ren. Faire trip to end all Ren. Faire trips, and my very first ever Otakon. Holy fuck, it's going to rock so hard .

... that came out saner than I had thought it would. Let's try that again.
