This has been sitting in my Word Documents folder for months. And now, I've finally returned to it. I think my more serious writing style, which I've acquired thanks to Absinthe, SINthetic, and Amaranth, has made me lose my amusing streak. Special Discount was supposed to be my comedic fic, but I think i'm losing my touch on that note.

Meanwhile, i'm sick and after missing two days of school and tomorrow, possibly my third, I honestly think that I've already screwed myself over for senior year of high school. Good lord, let it be college already. Let me finish my one last application. Fffff OTL

So, ah, I haven't been up to much, lately. Really. xD It's AP week and i'm going completely out of my mind while rushing around to get everything done before my trip to Lake Champlain, Vermont on Friday. And none of my teachers have decided to go easy on me yet. Goddamn, 22 days left of school, not counting weekends, and I don't think the end has ever seemed so far away.

But damn, is The World Ends With You amazing. God, I am so addicted to that game xD

However! I did get some SD work done, which i'm hoping to update before the Vermont trip. And I also made an AMV. Which i'm quite happy with, despite working with a video editor that I despise intensely. FCP ftw. WMM can go dai.

So today I noticed just how obsessed I am with the internets as a whole. Not that I didn't realize this beforehand, of course. I'm completely aware that I spend more time online than necessary. But after the first half-hour of me simply checking my LJ, my myspace, facebook, yahoo e-mail, google e-mail, dA, and FF.net, I realize... I spend more time managing my internet social life than actually surfing the web. Laaaaame. 

Otherwise? Waking up in the morning to find over 60 new e-mails in my inbox from FF.net's alerts is always a pleasant thing. Even if I haven't replied to ANY of my reviews as of yet. Axel in a Sailor Moon outfit ftw.

Saturday is probably the most exciting day of the week at the moment. Sure, I'm sick right now, but that's hardly the point, i'm gonna be wandering over to Kalista's anyway. And I will finally give her the silly Axel plushie I got her from Tandoku. And then we will make sea-salt ice cream. And there will be much merry-making and joy. Not to mention that we might actually get down to business on getting our cosplays together, rather than just researching. I want my keyblade D:

Mitsuwa Plaza is in about 3 weeks, which is way too long, in my opinion. I want to taste the ramen of my dreams again. xD And get more One Piece loot.

Speaking of Mitsuwa, I need to get down to Christmas shopping. And what I actually want for Christmas. And my cosplay. And I need to write more. And get ready for swim season to actually begin. And my birthday is in three months! Argh, the overwhelmingness of it all!
